Who are the poor in India?

The poverty level in India has decreased since 2004.  This is good but there is still a high chance that the poverty level may rise again even with all the job opportunities that they have in that subregion.  The reason, that many think, is that it has gotten so high is because the poverty line has no dropped to a person that lives on 28.65 rupees a day in the cities annd 22.42 rupees a day in villages.  This in important because this rate might keep on decreasing.  This might help the economy and might help the death rate also because some of the poor people might be able to buy the required medicine a certain type of illness
