Imperialism in India

British imperialism had a huge impact on India. The original intentions of the British were to bring India together. Instead the British took the Indian people under control, without considering the native people. They began to take there money and land, and the people ended up being their slaves. Even when they gained their freedom, everything they produced went to the British people. Although there were some ups to the imperialism in India. If it wren’t for the British the Indians wouldn’t have an education today. They also stopped the killing of baby girls. There were bright sides to the invasion of the British, but there were down sides to.
